We proudly present Peter Johansson!
Peter will be performing 5th-6th of September at Vaasa and Pietarsaari for
two shows.
Information about Peter:
Peter was born in Norrkoping, Sweden in 1977. He trained at the Ballet
Academy, conservatory for musical theatre in Gothenburg between
1998-2001. After graduating, Peter moved to Cologne to grow a blond afro
whilst playing Gus and frequently understudy the two male leads Tony (
the part made famous by John Travolta..) and Bobby C in the german
production of Saturday Night Fever. After a year in Germany he returned
to Sweden to open A Chorus Line at the Gothenburg Opera House in the
role of Mark Anthony. In 2003 Peter decided to move to London and join
the cast of the Queen musical We Will Rock You. After 2 years of
understudying the lead role of Galileo he landed the part full time in
July 2005 and became the longest running Galileo, playing the part more
than 800 times before leaving on the 29th September 2007. Peter is
currently playing the lead role of Ren in Footloose in Stockholm Sweden.

The performace by Jerry Lindqvist and André Wickstroem at Fångad av en Sång 29th of June in Åminne, Malax was a succsess. 1580 persons were watching the show. The show will be broadcasted by YLE FST5 30th of July at 20:50 finnish time and 2nd of August at 19:00 finnish time.

New rock band in our bookinglist, PassionWorks!
Passionworks was founded back in 1998; Harry and Kristian being the original members in the current line-up. The band was already noted in the media with its debut single Get Away/Invisible Child but the following EP Passion Play Vol. 0.3 really showed the musical capability of the band and the record was soon sold out! The EP got great reviews and the opening track Beating His Children created a buzz in the radio waves. With the convincing debut album Passion Play Passionworks¹ fan base continued growing and during the summer 2003 the band played at several summer festivals in Scandinavia and were well received amongst the audience and
